Karthik, this quote from Nissan Sunnyvale doesn't look right. It is far higher than Dublin Nissan. Also longer lease should offer more discount. The monthly payments for 36m lease should be cheaper than 24m.

BTW, I got 3-year lease on an SV for $148 + Tax per month with $2500 down (which includes all taxes, DMV/title, doc misc fee) with VPP option. This was offered by Fremont Nissan. I believe other dealership charge an extra $1800 for such tax and fees on top of $2500 down.
