I figured it out ... at least what was causing my problem. When I was turning on the climate control in the morning before work, I was doing it in the app - before the app had updated. My hypothesis is that because the app wasn't updated, it assumed it wasn't plugged in and ran the climate on...

These are all excellent ideas and examples. The right way to do it is probably with the junction box but I I liked the pass through in the last message. I wish I put this question up sooner and could have saved all that searching time.

That's cool to know. In Phoenix, it's nice to start recirculating because it cools the car down faster. In the winter, it nicer to have the outside air as the default. Thanks for the tip.

You are really luck or smart or both. Given what's going on in Japan there could be a huge delay. We got ours Thursday night and was told (who knows) that it was on the last boat out of Japan before the earthquake hit. P.S. Love the car by the way. And Pinnacle Nissan did a great job.

Except for Bookman's they are all Nissan dealers. Disappointment given how much time ECOTality has had.

I still don't get where the $379 a month deal is. Was that available? You're paying $40 more a month than what is advertised and I am pretty sure I remember the advertised $379 lease price included 15K miles a year.
