Thinking of purchasing a 2011 NISSAN LEAF SL with 100k and a new battery that was installed by Nissan service center. Was curious what others thought would be a good fair price?
With a NEW 24kw battery, and 5 year warranty on it, I'd pay $15k. My 2012 LEAF is still good transportation (within 15 mile range)

This is a puzzling post. We have repeatedly read that the cost of a new battery and installation through Nissan is quite high when done out-of-pocket and replacement Nissan batteries get a parts warranty or the remainder of an existing battery warranty (if a warranty replacement). So what were the circumstances and cost of this Nissan dealer battery pack replacement?
