2019 Leaf Clock displays time of last shutdown at startup

This just started happening in the last month. Every time I get in the car and start it up, it displays the exact time that the car was last shut down. For example: I get home at 5:30pm, park the car (no charging) and when I start it back up the next morning, it will display the time of 5:30pm. After work, when I startup to leave work, the car displays 7:45pm (which is when I shut down the car arriving at work that morning). This doesn't happen when I plug in overnight and the charge timer kicks in. I am able to press and hold the radio power button and it will get the clock within 1 minute of the correct time. Anybody else experiencing this anomoly?
