Hi All,
New user saying hello.

I've had my 2020 SV from new, purchased it off lease during the pandemic price hikes.
It's only been DC-Fast charged 17 times but already had a free battery replacement. Good news was Nissan replaced the batter in six (yes, 6) days!
Symptom was huge range reduction when climbing hills.

Best to all

Welcome to the community, and thanks for sharing your experience! It's great to hear that Nissan replaced your battery so quickly, especially during a time when supply chain issues have been a challenge. Range reduction during hill climbs can be frustrating, but hopefully, the new battery performs much better for you. Only 17 DC fast charges is quite low, so it's a bit surprising that the battery needed replacement already. It's reassuring to know Nissan handled it efficiently.

Looking forward to hearing how the new battery holds up!

May I ask which dealer did the replacement? I am seeing same symptom. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay. Didn’t notice the little bell top right of forum.

Concord Nissan did my battery replacement.

They thought it might only require individual cells to be replaced. But upon opening the battery pack found significant heat damage across the pack.
