I saw on YT how one of the ways to increase the capacity was to reprogram the BMS from 24 to 30 kWh with the consult service software
so I'm a bit surprised by what you're saying
that's why I ask so much

it was a long time ago but I remember that the Russians reprogrammed the lbc and vcm from 24 to 30, I'll find it and paste the link

I think, that there is one bootloader for each LBC serie.

ZE0 , AZE0-1gen, AZE0-2gen.

So probably you can flash any AZE0-2gen to AZE0-2gen - e.g. 4NRXX , 4NPXX firmware to 4NNXX (AZE0-2gen)

or AZE0-1gen to 1gen

...

I will try it as soon as I will able to dump original firmware in LBC.

They are using a custom bootloader.
I don't think so
I found this video here they say they reprogrammed 24 to 30 AZE0 gen1 to AZE0 gen2
you can see that before reprogramming the VCM which was done somewhere in the next video the mileage on the display jumps exactly the same as after moving the entire battery 30 in place of 24

not in this video
this video is from before the Russian custom firmware
moreover, the custom firmware does not require reprogramming the VCM to correctly display the predicted mileage
in our other thread the author of the custom firmware commented and he probably reads this
so he could confirm it

It is possible to run AZE0-2 BCM & VCM in AZE0-0 & AZE0-1. Which allows a 30KWH battery to be transplanted without needing anything besides a battery pairing (not even that if all 3 parts came from the same car donor). I have this set up in my AZE0-1

I'm not saying this is definately the case in the video, as I don't understand russian

no need to reflash vcm for predicted milage, that works fine. It is the SOC bars that do not work right on ZE0 unless 100% AC charge
you mean to squeezing the battery to 100% SOC with AC will bring the SOC bars back? I tried only up to 90-95% SOC….
