Hello everyone , I have a 2014 leaf what already have an upgraded battery to 40kw , with muxan battery controller adapter . I have seen many chinese aftermarket battery suppliers who can make 63-68 and maybe 75kwh battery too for nissan leaf ..
Is anyone who has that big battery installed ? what is the biggest capacity battery what you seen on leaf ?

If you don't have a big demand for longer mileage, upgrading to 62kWh is the best option, the mileage will be extended to 430km, and most importantly there is no need to modify the battery case, the installation is easy and easier maintenance in the future

Thanks for everyone's interesting and useful sharing, I will visit often to find the necessary information.

I have had my Leaf for just over 5 years, and have yet to see any sign of an overheating problem. Our summers here have at least 2 months of temperatures over 100 degrees, but it doesn't seem to affect the Leaf in the slightest. I'm not sure what you mean by isolation problems - what would that be, exactly?

on youtube for ex you can find about is exactly

Sorry - way too technical for me. The video appears to be about testing and replacing a "module" which is apparently some part of the overall battery. All well and good, but I heard or saw nothing about an isolation problem, either in a description of what it is or what to do to fix it. I can only assume that since my 5 year old Leaf is still running well, with a 90% SOH on the battery, that it is not suffering from whatever an isolation problem is, and I don't have to worry about it.
