Hello

I have 2022.04.05 production year Nissa Leaf with 37k km's on it so it still has active warranty.(from bumper to bumper).

My dashboard went off for half a sentimeter at drivers side so i set up time at City Motors Lasnamäe (Estonia, Tallinn) to check it and then fix it.
They checked it and when returning me it back they said it's okay and they wont fix anythig. It is okay and all leafs have it, nothings wrong with my car.

It makes horrible noise while driving, but they dont care. What should i do to get it fixed if at my country dealer sends me away?
Is it really okay for Nissan to have dashboard to come off and it is in the companys standards or is my dealer that doesnt want to deal with it.

BTW: they offered me to fix it for my money, but not under warranty.
I attached photo of the problemIMG_2211.jpeg

If you look carefully you can see they sprayed the corners with something and tryed to push it back but didnt succeed.

Don't feel bad. I'm pretty sure that if I had the same problem, my Nissan dealer would tell me the same thing. Even in the USA, the dealer service dept will do anything they can to avoid honoring a warranty repair.

I know dealers are meant to be a55holes :D
But what do you(Leaf users) think about it?
Is it okay or should i go forward with this? (Customer government services work very well here btw, but is it a case to go on?)
