disconnect VSP sound

Has anyone tried this to disconnect the VSP sound?
I am looking to disable the drive sound, it is very annoying. The reverse sound is too loud too, but it is ok since it doesn't going backward very often and may be a good alert to the people behind, but the move forward sound doesn't make any sense. It should be limited to make noise under 10miles/per hour, maybe.

Yes, there are multiple threads on it if you search. Eg, search 'silencing the ZE1'. You should be able to achieve your goal purely with software (LeafSpy) if you have model year 2017-2019 ZE1. If your model year is later then you may need to get more physical.
