I have a fried power board on my 2012 OBC (Nichicon PA4062RP220). I see that ebay offers a repair service for this board. The deal is you send them $5 and they send you a return label, some marketing stuff, and a pen.

Upon further looking into this the company for a flat fee of $840 will try to fix your board. If they cant fix it they send it back. So the min charge is $840.
they don't tell you any of this info up front. Just a FYI ... Thanks Ed
