I bought a "new" 2024 SV Plus a couple of weeks ago and am enamored with one foot driving. Not so enamored with the adaptive cruise control, it accelerates much harder than I typically would when getting out from behind a slowpoke and decelerates much harder when coming up on said slowpoke. I'm still trying to figure out all the tech and plan to try to set up Apple Play and my phone this weekend. I've been lurking here for a while and appreciate all the info I've gleaned from this forum so far. I especially appreciate the deets regarding 14-50R receptacles. A Hubbell, 4' #6 THHN wires and a 40A GFCI all properly torqued and encased in metal should have me well into the fire free zone. I have to say the Leaf is exactly what I was looking for, for my daily commute. We have another car for longer trips so I expect most if not all my charging will be at home. The Leaf is not going to sit at home on weekends, if our hiking destination is with range, we'll be leaving the ICE at home.
