Last week, we bought our first EV, whom I’ve named GiGi (short for Grocery Getter). She is a 2013 SL with five bars, and a guessimeter of 40 miles, which provides ~27 miles this time of year in the PNW. She is nearly perfect for our needs and is in very good shape. We expect to replace the Li-ion battery in a couple years when the 5 bars drops to 4 or 3.
