It is Just these 3 items i am curios about:
P 31B8 - 8708 EV/HV CAN Error EVC 287
U 1009 - 9608 EV/HV and
C 1A16 - 9708 RADAR
I Hope someone will give me a hint to those and maybe tell me if i can reset them?

The first 2 are the same error related to the CAN communications buss. Typically CAN errors are related to insufficient supply voltage such as from an old, weak, or worn out 12V battery. Also rodent damage to wiring harness or corrosion in connector contacts. Same goes for the radar sensor error, check all these things to either find or eliminate a culprit.

Once the culprit has been corrected the errors will usually clear, or a scantool can be used to clear.

Car Scanner Free version can usually clear error messages; however if the fault still exists, they will come back.
Canbus errors can occur as well, if you have changed or disconnected the 12v battery; if the car has been in the garage for any reason, they may well have done this.

My Question is can i safely reset all the 3 errors without getting a car which doesnt work or should i go to a nissan dealer with test equipment to let them do it ? (Btw i saw the reset procedure for the EV error reset is reprogramming on line with their analysis equipment ) I have not done any job on the battery but the car came with no maintenance history ....

If you have run a scanner and it is finding no faults, just 3 old error messages; then yes, resetting is almost certainly safe.

Then take the car for a sedate run around the local area and check for new error messages after a few miles; if there are any - that is the time to book it into a garage for an examination.
