How did my 2019 Leaf know there was road condstruction

I live in Victoria British Columbia and there is currently an overpass just started construction on the highway I travel. This morning my Leaf announced "Warning Road Construction". How did it know, I do not subscribe to any Nissan service, I never use the navigation system.
It was a bit unnerving.

SiriusXM radio delivers traffic advisories to my car. You can go in the menu to turn the advisories off.
