I bought a 2015 leaf at the end of Septemberin SoCal. Previous owners babies the battery, 20% to 80% charging. I never fast charge it and only use a level 1 charger. For some reason my state of health has been dropping faster than expected, over 1% drop in less than a month seems high. Does this drop seem high?

No, it is normal to go down and back up by 1-2%, possibly due to temperature, and definitely a fast charge takes it up by a 1%
Are you saying there is evidence that an occasional fast charge in the golden range is helpful to the battery? Today I did a Chademo from 46% to 74% the ambient temp was about 40F and it took about 14 minutes . In the 12k miles I've put on my 2013 leaf the SOH has dropped from 83% to 81%. Still 11 bars. 99% of that is charging from at least 30% towards a limit of 79% via 115V plug. I have used Chademo twice. Once to verify it works and once today. It was charging at 32% the whole time. If it's not too damaging that'd be great to do often for more range.

Edit 32Ah not %.

You guys are focusing on the wrong metric: SOH (which can go up/down) is not nearly as important as AHr. The OP didn't say how many capacity bars he was down, but it has to be at least a couple at ~49 AHr.
And I wouldn't do a L3 charge on any Leaf unless it was cold outside; heat "kills" these battery packs. My 2 cents.

But also not TOO cold. The LEAF compensates by throttling the quick charging power down the colder it is (I've seen as low as a steady 11 kW) but I think it's best to avoid it when it's freezing.

Lithium plating and stuff.

I also understand we should avoid sustained high power draw in the same conditions for the same reasons. My 2 cents as well ;)

I use OVMS instead of leaf spy and it has a reading of CAC. Mine is currently at 53.8Ah and I have 11 bars. Is this the same as AHr?

SOH is an estimate.

Diffferent driving and charging conditions can change the estimate, but don't seem to change the physical condition of the battery.
