I don't know when this started happening, but my drop box access has started expiring everyday.

To re enable my drop box access, I need to go into settings, long press the Dropbox reset id button, enable drop box, then after I exit settings, allow drop box access.

Access is granted until the next day when I have to repeat the process. Any idea what's happening?

Yeah, for me, Dropbox works or not (if not, as it does right now since the beginning of 2023, I found no way to re-configure it - maybe a reinstall?).

I removed LSP from my phone and reinstalled but that didn't fix the problem. Next thing I can think of is getting a new DB account and using it instead. I only use DB for LSP so it's not a problem for me.

I'll report back here after I've tried it.

Dropbox changed the access token, I think back in 2013, to last only 4 hours.

The next release of LeafSpy Pro supports automatically requesting a new token each time LeafSpy Pro is started. Or if for some reason you keep LeafSpy Pro active for four hours it will automatically request a new access token.

When you first run this new version of LeafSpy Pro, you will need to enable Dropbox which should take you to the Dropbox authorization page. LeafSpy Pro will then request a special refresh code so it can automatically request a new access token (as the access token still only lasts 4 hours).

That should be the last time you need authorize. (unless Dropbox changes the rules again ;-)

Both the Android and iOS versions of LeafSpy Pro and TM-Spy will get this update.

( how did I get back to being a "New member"?)

Did your Turbo3 account stop working?

Excuse me for asking, but do you have an estimated release date for this version? The App Store has 2.0.0.

I love LSP, BTW.

By the end of today I will be releasing a test version of TM-Spy with the improved Dropbox support that automatically gets a new token when needed.

I should be able to release the same changes to LeafSpyp Pro within two weeks.
