[MOD] Nissan Leaf ZE0 customised led headlights

I had halogen headlights in my car and design of these is too bad so I replace it with customised LED headlights (Black interior color and addional drl strip with side marker)

Its easy to remove plexiglass (polycarbonate) because its screwed + isolation ballast. Is needed some time to remove it but possible without additional heat. No thermoglue is there.

Wirring: Its another black 10pin connector instead of 6pin in halogen version. I made direct reduction cable. There is missing one wire from headlights dc-dc converter to instrumet cluster (meter) for hw failure notification - not so important.

One problem. Halogen headlights work with different logic. If high beam is on, low bean is off. In LED version low beam and high beam is on together if high beam is activated. I adapted it via consult app. BCM must be reconfigured to LED headlights.

Interior parts modification: I bought led drl strip with silicone light guide form ali and modified it. In china all drl lights have only 3 wires. GND, VCC, SIDEMARK signal. So it isnt possible made drl dimming in night mode. I modified hw (replaced PIC uP with my firmware) to process additional signal from LOW BEAM.

All interior parts painted to black color. Its needed to remove chrome layer from it before painting.
