2015 Nissan Leaf-S, 32K miles only! Mostly kept in garage. Typically I use 120v charger that came with the car. It takes 10-12 hours to charge fully. Once-in-while, I charge using after-market charger 240v that charges fully within 1 to 2 hours. Most times, I remove charger immediately after fully charged. Last week, I kept the after-market 240v charger attached like 12 hours. When I removed the charger and started the car, all three warning lights (Red BRAKE, Yellow ABS, Yellow Brake) appeared and didn't go away. See attached pic below. I ignored the warning lights and shifted the gear to R (reverse) to get out of my garage. But, I was shocked that car moving backward even if I had brake fully pressed to the floor. I panicked and pushed the car's OFF button/switch and car stopped abruptly. Just to double check, I tried again with reverse. Same thing. Brake didn't work at all. I didn't try D (forward) gear. Car has been on driveway for last 5 days. Today, out of curiosity, I started the car and saw no warning lights. I did a little trip (few yards) around this house- two different times. Car drove perfectly fine. Brakes worked perfectly fine. No noise. Nothing unusual.
This has never happened to this car ever. The only other coincidental thing happened was that one other person had been driving the car previous week before this incident happened. He had hit the tire wheels and outer rim few times on concrete sideways. I could see the broken outer lip of the rear wheel (see wheel pic below). Could that cause issues with brake pad, rotors, calipers and hence all warning lights came ON? or was the after-market 220v charger's overcharging caused the warning lights?
(I probably have never done any brake work since the original purchase in year 2015 and never felt anything wrong with brake. Just 32K miles)
Needless to say, I might have to drive the car 10 miles to go to the nearest Nissan dealership service center.

Anyone who had similar issue or suggestions?

That's interesting and a little bit worrying. While I don't believe the charger has any way of directly affecting the brakes, the curb hits are also unlikely to do so. One thing I could see being the issue is that leaving the car plugged in but full for 12 hours might have drained the 12v battery enough to cause a low enough voltage for the electric brake booster to go into a fault mode, combined with a low brake fluid level.

As it stands, the car is clearly unsafe to drive as the brakes may fail at any moment. Have the entire braking system checked as soon as possible, and also fully flush and replace the brake fluid. Also I'd recommend to have the 12v battery load tested to see if it needs replacement. (Load testing is key, as the Leaf is much more sensitive to voltage drop than a normal car, and basic testers will not be able to tell you that info.)

Updates:
These are On-Board Diagnostics error codes generated by a car's electronic system to indicate specific problems. I bought an electronic tool from Amazon, attached to car and pull these codes:

Google for "Leaf 12v battery".... short version - 12v battery can cause all sorts of weird errors. I'd confirm it's good as a first step.

updates: There were no warning lights since that isolated incident. I took this car to the nearest Nissan dealership. Dealer service technician did full inspection (brake system, 12v battery etc.). Everything came out green. No issues found. Technician cleared the diagnostic codes. I was told that 240v charger might be the culprit. Car has been driven 50 miles so far. No issues. I am happy. I will report back in few days, in case things go south.

updates after 7 days: no issues observed. Unless I come back here and add updates, assume this topic is closed and this issue resolved.
