Quick shout out for Platt Auto Group near Portland, OR. Looking at/test driving a car on their lot was a no-nonsense, pressure and hassle free experience. We didn't really attempt to negotiate on the sale price of our purchase (2019 Leaf SV+), so I can't speak to that, but the folks there were all pleasant to deal with before, during, and after the sale.
They provide a 90 day bumper-to-bumper warranty on cars they sell, to cover any pre-sale defects. After 80 days, we’d only found a couple of minor things- the left button cluster on the steering wheel had some non-functional or flakey buttons, and we didn’t get a lug bolt key with the car. Without any hesitation at all, they replaced the button cluster and the keyed lug bolts. They also provided a loaner while they had our car for a few days to do the work (base trim level 2019 Bolt; nice enough car, but as an aside, having lived with it for a few days, I can confidently say that I’m glad we got a Leaf and not a Bolt).
Now that we've seen how they handled the post-sale end of things, I feel a bit more qualified to say that we had a good experience buying a vehicle from this dealer. Worth visiting if you’re in the market for a used EV.
