Is there a general guideline for reduction in estimated range for different ambient air temperatures, all other things being equal? At what point does temperature have an impact?

e.g. 0% reduction at X degrees F, 10% reduction at Y degrees, 20% at Z degrees, etc.? Obviously not something that could possibly be nailed down exactly, given there are so many factors that go into range to begin with. But I'm just wondering if there are loose rules of thumb based on community experience or individual observations.

Generally colder temperatures reduce range; warmer or hotter temperatures get better range than cooler temperatures.

The energy or current available from the traction pack is produced by a chemical reaction, and the reaction rate is retarded by colder temperatures.

The items negatively affected by cold weather could be listed if desired; never heard of a rule-of-thumb related to range and temperature, but there may be one out there, or maybe you want to create one?
