I'm a 2020 Nissan owner for 4 months,it used to give me 173 miles on a 100% charge after 8 - 9 hours
for first couple of months in the last 3wks it given me 167 miles on under similar conditions
Could someone out there suggest what might be the cause of the variatons

I'm not a leaf expert, but I've had an i3, i3s, kona and now tesla model 3 (as well as a 2022 leaf)
EVs can lose a little range from new over the 1st few charges (my model 3 lost around 5 miles)

Also the GOM (Guessometer) may take account of your previous drives when estimating the range at 100% (the kona and i3 did this)

Other things that will affect an EV's range:

Wet roads
Temperature
Consumer usage (heating, cooling, lights etc.)
the weight of your right foot
terrain (hills and whatnot)
