I've recently did. By the moment just waiting for it to arrive, it is a long way from China to Barcelona. 50kWh kit with CATL cells for an e-nv200 that actually runs a 24kWh battery (18kwH usable due to degradation).

They seem to be a legal company with good quality product and a good tech service for support.

Will keep you updated!

I've a report with video regarding a env200 VIVNE pack with a serious problem in a cell. Not yet posted because I've to obfuscate the battery identifier to respect the ownser privacy.
Because env200 vivne packs are build from catlm module soldered together by Vivne and these modules assembled by the local garage. Not yet clear if the issue is with original cell, the vivne soldering or the wrong assembling. In any case a [cell or soldered join or voltage sensing cable] appear to have a significant more resistance.

Thankyou. Soldered, or laser welded? Some of the videos appear to show them using a laser welding machine to assemble cells into modules with laser connections at the cell terminal. One video appeared to show that the cells had been salvaged from another module or pack. Both of these are potentially gigantic safety issues. Damage to the cell, inadequate current carrying in the connection, cells not capable of 300 plus amps, cells not protected with fusing where needed, cells from older product lines that were discontinued to to fire hazard.

Can you put up a picture of the laser weld? Identifier off cell?

I only know that they build the module but no idea if soldered or laser welded (I suppose laser welded). So I can't help and I didn't mount the pack by myself, I hope that person did some detailed foto, but was not involved in any deep analysis, is just a driver that ordered a vivne pack through a garage.

Someone can explain what is dowing the electronic place from this battery and how influence original BMS ?1000008823.jpg

Has your 50 kWh battery arrived yet?

I'll be reading with interest, too. Does the e-NV200's battery cooling system do anything useful with these sealed battery modules, for example? My e-NV200 is newer and with a 40 kWh battery, so an upgrade to 50 is not yet good value, at least until the warranty/guarantee on the original battery expires.
