Allow to set defaults.

I would like to have the Eco Mode as default when moving stick shift into Drive. Or allow us to be able set a default. Another default I would like to be able to set is having the VSP off when starting up the vehicle.

Do a search. There is a thread on VSP default. Don't think the ECO default has been addressed.

Search it out. There is a thread on all this stuff.

Yes! Almost...

Why not just change it to work like an ordinary gas car's range estimator and the length of time is: between the time the user last hit the "reset" button and now? They even have the reset button in place! Use the dash's mi/kWh reset & data and be done with it!

Some want the GOM to use a week's driving, others want a day.

Before the Mar 2012 firmware it used about 5 minutes,
now it is reported to use less "history".

I would like it to use about 5 to 30 seconds of history, so it would
mean: "Keep driving like you are NOW (last "few" seconds) and
you should get about N miles".

And, the suggestion of a Reset option is also good.

All this could be on a "Preferences" screen on the Nav unit,
even with different preference settings for each RFID.

Joke:
For Ingineer, the estimated Range would have 4 decimal points
(like 45.3462 miles), indicating the Range to the nearest 6 inches. :lol:
