Vote for my video so I can win!
(My kids are seeking witness protection for children of dads who became rappers during a midlife crisis, but what the heck!)

https://drivenissanleaf.com/Win/Vote.aspx?b=45SMEQPMMAZA

By the way - they are giving away one Leaf per event, so if you are participating in another location, voting for my video will not hurt your own chances. Update: I stand corrected by Randy - it is only one Leaf period, but I can still win a bicycle - yipee!

Also - it drives like a dream. My only concern is that, although it has sufficient "leg" room in the back, there is no room under the front seats for the passengers' feet, so it feels a bit cramped. Other than that, WOW!

ROFL.

Ok, you got mine for pure bravado!

I'm liking the video a lot, but when I read the rules for the contest it was just one Leaf for all the drive events.
The event prizes are $659 bikes that look a little bit old school.

Not bad, just means stiffer odds on winning the Leaf.....When I saw that no editing was allowed, I figured that would rule it out for me....

Lich's Embarrasing (but Hilarious) Test Drive Video

(rap fade in)

My name is Lich (Lips?!) and I just drove the Leaf.

About this car I really got no beef.

This car is de-fin-ite-ly  the coolest thing Around.

It's good for the Environment ... and doesn't make a Sound.

Nissan has a Contest. It's giving one for Free.

There is no Question the winner should be Me!

So if you like  this Video you could send me a Note.

But what I'd really hope you'll Do is give me a Vote. (rap fade out)

Correction -

They are giving away 1 Car for the entire contest -

If you read the rules it says that there will be one winner per site.

That winner will recieve a bike.

I wrote to them to confirm and this is what they told me:
comments : What is the prize given for the winner at each event? The contest rules only state that they will win "UP TO 23 EVENT PRIZES (one awarded per Event): Trek Belleville. ARV: $659.99"

The Trek Belleville mentioned is a bike from Trek. Information on this is available at http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/bikes/urban/eco_design/belleville/

Each top winner that gets a bike will then be ranked and the 1 person with the most votes out of all the events will get the car.

Sorry to rain on your parade.

But you are correct if someone votes for you it does not effect the vote in other cities.

I hope that anyone who voted for you will also vote for me -

I would LOVE to win a new bike!!

- Kimberly A. Seits -

I will post my video's address when it goes up the second week of November.

Lich, your rap was more creative than most but you've got to see mine which is really climbing the charts! I really went over the top with my paper mache' Beeker costume.

It is a bummer that they aren't giving away more cars instead of the bikes. Please vote for my video and pass it to your friends! -Stephen in Seattle-

Stephen,

If I wasn't competing with you I'd vote for you LOL.

How do you know that yours is "climbing the charts"? - I can't get Nissan to reveal any stats.

Best Wishes

Hi, David.

Don't be too embarassed...mine was even cornier. Here's the link:

We had fun shooting it, and were thrilled to get the chance to drive an
all electric car. I've driven the Prius for two years, but it can only go
pure EV for about half a mile before the gasoline engine kicks in.

I concur with the group....you were brave and motivated.

Best wishes,
Elizabeth
