Great idea. Is the EVSE permanently in the Caddy or can I take it with me without unscrewing the Caddy?

I was wondering about that myself. From the pics, it seems to be trapped, but that seems like such a ridiculous limitation that I figured there must be a way to get it out without dismounting.

I wish it would self hang from the connector plug ( having a plate that the plug goes through) - thus I could use it at work without my extension cord.

It is a limitation for people that using same Leaf evse at home and than on the road. IMO needs to be modified to allow easy access when needed. Permanent mounting bracket on the wall than slide caddy?
