is the 12,500 only good for 1 per house hold ? or can you buy 2 leaf and 25,000 credit ?

My guess is that both the CA $5000 rebate and the $7500 Fed tax credit is per purchase, but I am not sure.
Or, $7500 one year and $7500 the next is very likely to work.

downforceusacom, did you happen to read the Leaf disclaimer? "At start of sale, one order per household address until availability increases." In addition I noticed this when I log into the Leaf site "for reservations of 2 to 9 vehicles, please contact us at 1-877-664-2738 and choose option 2" Not sure what that is all about.

I Reserved a 2nd LEAF for the "summer home" in San Diego, a different address (just to see how the timing would vary). Reserved in May, order in January, while the "home" reservation was 20 April, with the order in September.
