EV Project EVSE federal tax credit

Our EV Project charger was installed and approved just before the end of the 2010. At the Nissan Leaf drive event I asked about EVSE tax credits and was told that even though we are participating in the EV Project we'd still be eligible for the EVSE tax credit. Is anyone able to confirm this?

If you had install expenses that EVP did not cover, presumably those expenses would qualify.

But, if EVP covered everything, then I would doubt that you would qualify for and EVSE-relared Tax Credit.
