Level 2 Charger Error

The electrical system in our building is 208 volt not 240 volt. The EVSE faulted when plugged into the outlet that was installed for it. I had a boost transformer installed to raise the voltage to 237 and it still faults. Has anyone found a solution for this?
 
A boost transformer should work if the line, neutral, and ground connections are all correct and the transformer has adequate capacity to maintain nominal 240 volts under full load of the EVSE (about 30 amperes). Otherwise, an EVSE rated for use at 208 volts is a better solution.
