Are you talking about bulbs or housings?
The LEDs are slightly different shade of red between the Japan-built 2011/2012 and 2013-2017 USA-built cars so I don't know if they are compatible. I think the bulbs for the rear turn signals and for the back up lights are the same for 2011-2017.
As I said before, I don't know if they are electrically the same. They are clearly different shade (either illuminated or dark) so your 2013 would look strange if you put a 2012 or 2011 tail light assembly on one side.
