Dimmed dashboard

Hi!
I have a 2013 Leaf. One night I had it on charge, the next morning when I went to drive it I noticed that the battery health bars on the dashboard on the right were dimmed, was hard to see in sunlight but fine in the dark. If I adjust the brightness it will get brighter but to be visible in daylight it has to be at max and then the rest of the dashboard is too bright. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this???

Try to add a picture of the dash. Sounds like only half of the dash is having issues, there is a dimmer circuit that might be damaged. Worst case you need a new instrument cluster.

Possibly the light switch is in "parking light" so the dash lights are staying dimmed? I had that happen to me once
