Level 2 EVSE Repair

Twice, I have had a Duosita Level 2 EVSE stop working. The problem is that the signal wire near the nozzel breaks due to repeated strains. The solution is to cut the cable and rewire, cutting out the bad section. Pain in the touche. Proceedure is to cut the cable and ohm out the cable between the cut and the electronics box. If there is continuity, then the break in between the cut and the nozzle. I used shring tube and short crimp-on butt splices. AND?? It Works!!
