Have you tried using the 120-volt adapter to see if it will charge at 120 volts? Again, there should be no argument that it is covered by warranty so be persistent.

In the filters, enable the LEAF checkbox. Call up another Nissan dealership near you and ask if they have a LEAF certified mechanic who can assist with a warranty covered repair.
