62kwh Leaf Plus Efficiency Posting

Wed Jul 31, 2019 2:26 pm

Please post your monthly efficiency achieved with the Leaf Plus on this thread (from the Nissan Connect App)

Here are mine:

June: 4.3 Miles/kWh Distance: 1092 Miles
July: 4.4 Miles/kWh Distance: 704 Miles

About 60% highway

At 59 usable KW, that gives me an effective range of 253-9 miles (which seems about right from my longer highway trips)

You mean kWh? You got it right in part of your post…

What's "KW"?

Correction, that gives you the distance until you are pushing your car off the highway

Call it an effective range of 240 - 250 miles.

No, because range is rated either to empty or with a small reserve. If you want to designate a different standard based on a figure that changes from location to location, give it a try.

Show me where it is called 'effective' range, and I will show you BS

OP:

Try posting weather conditions and your driving speed to give the miles/kWh some semblance of meaning.
And write 'maximum range' (100% -> 0%) to not confuse the natives

Since you've already given your response, why bother...?

To point out the merchants of BS, of course.
And because I cannot think of ever reading "effective" range to mean maximum range out side of this thread.

On the other hand I have seen people like OP post nice fuel economy results who refrain from posting driving speed.
