It's official- Nissan WILL NOT support Tablets with EV app.

I received this response from Nissan UK.

They really don't give a sh*t about customer service do they?
Thank you for your patience in awaiting our response. Please accept our apologies for the delay.

We have now received confirmation from the developers of the NissanConnect EV app that it is not officially supported on any tablet.

Therefore we can only recommend that you use the latest version of the app on a smartphone.

I use NissanConnectEV &. Services 6.4.5 on an IPad Air 2 on iPadOS 13.1.2 in the US.

Just for the record, does the iPad Air 2 that you're using have cellular data?
