Leafspy stats on my 2016 pre owned leaf.

2016 SV 30 KWH

I just ran leaf spy I have 12 of 12 bars but my stats are worrying me as it seems the battery looks like its in pretty bad shape? It has had its Firmware update back in 2018 . Do I need to fully charge it before getting accurate stats?

No, you don't need to fully charge it to get the SOH. We don't know where you live, but a little over 85% isn't bad for a 4 year old Leaf in a warmer climate.

It was from Cali, Now in Vancouver BC so was in a warm climate for 48k any idea why my AHR is different in the two different menus? one shows bad others shows good?

I think that the AH reading is for the current SOC. You'd need to charge to 100% to get the full AH reading.

Do they seem like Decent stats? coming from a warm climate? I still have time to return the car to the dealership.

I'm a little under the weather and foggy at the moment, but they look ok to me. You want to look at the distance between the higher and lower bars in the histogram, not the color, as the shunts are normally often active because they can't shift much current. That difference is the big number in millivolts (MV). Yours is low, which is good.

So i have the option to trading it in for the same model car but from washington. Stats are alot better

All other things being equal, 93% SOH is much better. Do you need the extra capacity, and would the trade be expensive?

If there is no drawback at all, take the swap. That ~7% increase in SOH is something like 1.5 - 2 years' worth of degradation in your climate.
