Given the low miles and Seattle not being in a desert, I don't think I've lost any. I should check it one of these days.

I get well above 4.2 when I don't use heater & well under 4.2 when I do.

Looks like carwings site is down. I'll post the Nov daily m/kwh when it is back up.

taking out her driving, I get 4.9 from the car, 4.2 from the wall so pretty much the same!

November mileage:

Wall-to-wheels: 3.86 miles/kWh

Dash: 4.7 miles/kWh

My mileage continues to decline with the cooler weather but the Fall has been very warm, dry and mild thus far.

Notes: Some preheating used, so charging efficiency can't be calculated. Driving temperatures were mostly 30s, 40s, and 50s with some 20s, and 60s (it's that time of the year again: wide temperature variation). Battery temps of four bars most of the time with five bars after driving at highway speeds or climbing hills. Elevation range: 8,000 feet to 5750 feet. All driving includes steep hills. No multi-lane highway driving at all. Some of the driving is on dirt roads.

My monthly numbers from the wall:
January 3.23 miles/kWh
February 3.29
March 3.57
April 3.97
May 4.36
June 4.48
July 4.41
August 4.46
September 4.30
October 4.07
November 3.86

Cumulative total: 3.99 miles/kWh

The weather (and pre-heating) effect is quite apparent. If I drove freeways—there aren't any within LEAF range here—I would expect my mileage numbers to be somewhat lower and closer to the EPA estimate. If I lived at sea level they would be sharply lower. If I lived in the flatlands they would be higher.

I've had my LEAF for just over 3 weeks now & yesterday on my drive home I noticed my dash told me I had 5.1 m/kw for my 37 miles I drove! :D And with only 5 bars the GOM was saying 55 miles to go. It was from just driving around town like normal, nothing intentional .

When I first got my LEAF I seemed to get about 3.4 m/kw and I've slowly been changing my driving habits. The main things that seem to help my range is no jack rabbit starts (but the LEAF kicks it off the line!) and hitting my cruise control at the speedlimit when in town (mostly 30 & 40 mph) this help keep me from weaving traffic to race up to a traffic light.

After having to charge to 100% the first couple of weeks to get my normal driving range, I'm now finding that 80% gets me home with 15-20 miles left on my battery pack. Of course it's unusually warn in TN right now & once I start having to run the heater I'll probably have to L1 charge at work, if for nothing more than preheat capability

Love my LEAF!

December mileage:

Wall-to-wheels: 3.69 miles/kWh

Dash: 4.4 miles/kWh

My mileage continues to decline with the onset of cold weather; the latter half of December was very cold and rather snowy—it was a "white Christmas" here.

Notes: Some preheating used, so charging efficiency can't be calculated. Driving temperatures were mostly "teens", 20s, and 30s with some single digits plus and minus, and 40s. Battery temps of four bars most of the time with five bars after driving at highway speeds or climbing hills and three bars once when parked in the cold. Elevation range: 8,000 feet to 5750 feet. All driving includes steep hills. No multi-lane highway driving at all. Some of the driving is on dirt roads.

September 4.30
October 4.07
November 3.86
December 3.69

Total for 2012: 3.97 miles/kWh

The weather (and pre-heating) effect is quite apparent. If I drove freeways—there aren't any within LEAF range here—I would expect my mileage numbers to be somewhat lower and closer to the EPA estimate. If I lived at sea level they would be sharply lower.
