Me too. I've never had to worry about my battery getting this hot. The worst I've had to do is to delay charging until overnight. This thread has been very interesting to me nonetheless. One of my pending projects is to upgrade the cooling on my CMax Energi's battery. Ford basically circulates cabin air around the battery via some bulky duct work. I am looking for ways to reduce the bulk (and thus increase my trunk space) while maintaining or improving cooling performance.
