I have a 2018 model SV with tech package. I use a wired iPhone ApplePlay. It often crashes the head unit interface randomly. Sometimes the phone knows it is disconnected and stops playing podcast and sometimes it doesn't Sometimes the video (map) display stops and audio continues for a while and then audio stops. Sometimes the head unit immediately says device disconnected and sometimes it takes minutes. There are times though that it works perfectly for hours at a time and then others where it crashes every 5 minutes. I can unplug and plug it back in and it usually works again. Anyone else have this? Any suggestions on fix?
