2019 Leaf Radio FM Frequency Steps

I would like to import 2019 Leaf (SL FWD trim) from the US to EU. I'd like to know if any of you managed to solve/fix the odd US frequency steps, so it can tune to any EU FM station?

Anyone here who imported 2018 (or later) Leaf from United states to Europe and tried to fix the FM frequency issue? Any idea? Any insight?
