I upgraded from a 2016 S to a 2020 SV Plus, and I am having an issue with the handsfree system.
It acts like the microphone is muted, voice commands are not recognized, and if I make a call from the dash, the call connects but the microphone does not work, meaning they can't here me although I hear them fine.
Is there a way or place to mute the microphone? How do I un-mute it, Or is it just not working?
