The car came from a driving school which has them installed on all their cars apparently so the windows can stay open a bit in the rain. Apparently students stink..ha I'm not necessarily a huge fan, but left them on the car.

Here's a better view of the deflectors installed, it appears, with 2 sided adhesive tape. Nothing fancy.
