Loathing the pathetic OEM bulbs in my 2016 SV I'm on a quest to find a better option. Having read a number of reviews on H13 LED options and looking at my empty wallet I decided to try JDM ASTAR G4 H13 8000LM LED Headlight bulbs that I ordered on eBay $22 all in.
Having other vehicles with Truck Lite headlights (almost as good as JW Speaker), I wasn't expecting much given the low price. The vertical cutoff is 7/10, not great but usable, they can be aimed to not blind oncoming drivers and still light up the road much better that stock halogens. They do have cooling fans that can be heard when the car is stopped and the radio off, however they are not loud or annoying.
Overall I would recommend them for a budget option as they significantly increase visibility at night and in wet conditions. I will be trying a more expensive option if/when they fail.
