AEROVIRONMENT TURBO CORD 240v ISSUE

Has anybody else had a problem with the Aerovironment Turbo Cord 240v? Mine quit working and I sent it in (as directed by service agent on the other end of a 1-800... number) on August 24, 2018. I was told that replacements would be coming, but he couldn't be more specific as to when. I depend on this cord to charge up at my town house and it conforms to our HOA standards. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a problem and if it was resolved in a timely manner.

I replaced the logic board on a unit with an OpenEVSE board and LED unit. At the time I had to use a 12V relay to trigger the 240VAC unit. Now they come stock with a high voltage driver. Either way it worked fine. The GFCI coli works OK but the test needs to be disabled.

I kept the old water damaged board for parts but it is not really repairable.
