The pin pulling I have not investigated.
The soldering is really simple, and if you cannot do it,
your children, wife, girlfriend, or neighbors are likely
to be able to help you.
An eXacto type knife kit is $1 at the 99 Cent store.
A soldering iron is also inexpensive, like $4 at Harbor Freight:

A bit of solder should be easy to obtain, you actually use only
an inch or less to pre-tin the pins that you are moving the wires to.
