Has anybody looked at the AV-CAN buss for things ... possibly info that shows up on the Nav screens?

Gary, I loaded your avsplit.evc file into CAN-Do, and I only see two message ID's, 601 & 681. Have you seen other ID's besides these? I know it's a long shot, but I'm hoping that the GPS data are broadcast on the CAN bus somewhere. Since Carwings doesn't let us do tracking, it'd be nice to be able to DIY something to do that.

In the Service Manual (LAN p33 and following) they have tables of "messages" (not MsgIDs) that are communicated, and From and To.
You might start looking for the data that you want there. If it happens to be listed, the From and To might help us identify which CAN bus.
If it is not there ... it might be more difficult, or just not there at all.
