My experience with them have been pretty positive, probably because they have improved over the past several months. Before I ordered the fob I had to call in a couple of times and the process was pretty painless, took about three to five minutes to complete. With fob it's even better, but I think I don't charge enough to justify the monthly cost so I'll have to cancel the subscription. I need to first use up my $100 Blink credit from buying their home charging station.
