The unit in my signature is inexpensive and works fine. They only make the one version, AFAIK.

It's interesting to play with the GOM. You can see how much it changes with ECO mode, and with the heat or A/C on.

You'll probably find that some routes you take are more energy efficient than others. I haven't been able to explain some of the differences.

The GOM always amuses me in the mountains. It might show 20 miles after climbing to a trailhead, and then 70 miles part way back down to the plains.

I live at a lower elevation than anywhere that I go, so the GOM reads a bit optimistically whenever I leave home. The opposite would be true for someone who lives at higher elevation than their destinations.

I've never used LEAFSpy. I think I'm happiest when I don't know too much. :D

Congrats--hope you enjoy the car!

Just so you know: they are only about $20 from the manufacturer and you get a warranty.

I am curious about the mileage and the SOH on the battery as well. I'm not aware of anyone that still has a 12 bar 2013 given the age of the battery now. If you can verify it in LeafSpy, it would be the first of 2020 that I have read about. The last one I could find was mentioned back in 2018. You may have gotten lucky and found the best battery in a 2013 that has aged very well. ;)

Could someone provide a Amazon or eBay link to a ODB2 adapter thank has been verified to work with Leaf Spy? Also, two things:

1) I'm in Henrico VA if someone here happens to be nearby

2) My battery still has all 12 bars.

I thought there were a couple/few 2013 eastern European Leafs with 12 bars still.

LeafSpy will not exclude a reset

My 2013 LEAF is about 11.5 bars (83% SOH). If no one else wants the crown, I'll put it on a shelf in the garage.

My 13 is 11 bars and back in 7/20 my soh 80.09. I'm guessing its only a matter of time before I drop a bar.

It may not, but does the BCM reset also reset the number of times the L2/L3 counters are set at? So if a 2013 with 12 bars only had a low number of L2/L3 connects that couldn't account for the total mileage for example. Mine has over 2,000 L2 plugins and hundreds of L3 plugins logged at this point 7 years later.

Fair question.
I think that this has been discussed but I don't remember the answer. I suspect that the reset does not change the charger counter.
