Guy [I have lots of experience designing/selling off-grid AE systems, some using EVs but don't own one. Local trips are by foot, bike and/or rapid transit].

Given the modest total, I'd say they're trying to do too many things with it, with each tiny "slice" unlikely to have meaningful impact. And they just can't seem to give up the idea of H2 stations. :roll:
I noticed you're still working with polymers.

This is not the first (or only) such award; it's a continuing process.

Forget about the hydrogen stations just put in more j1772 stations.
Plus that hydrogen likely came from natural gas or some other petrochemical process.

Well the money from the Recargo contract goes back into the general fund. That money was lost to EV charging.
