Apparently no 110/120 capability over there.
Is the 220 plug-in, or "installed" charger only?

So, in the UK, etc., what portable EVSE is included with the LEAF?

Here in the USA, it is apparently going to be a 120v J1772-Standard "EVSE" on a 120v "pigtail" (a very short extension cord).

That would have to be 220V.

We should be able to buy that over internet & use an adaptor. Probably not according to code, though.

Yes ! And that will allow us to plug in at friend's house's dryer outlet during weekend visit. (Initially still limited to 3.3kW, but better than 1.44 or 1.8kW).

You'll have to replace the UK plug with a US 220v style plug.

Looks like the Leaf's exterior dimensions, and possibly roofline, are almost identical to a Toyota Matrix, except the Leaf is a couple of inches longer.

I have been looking carefully at Matricies the last few days, and decided to change my Leaf reservation to silver from white. I saw a white Versa and it looked a little dippy IHMO, silver would have helped. Glad the Leaf will be a little bigger.
