It doesn't work perfectly so here is the other one... I used three screws, one is visible. Needless to say, I'm very happy with it.

Great idea!! Wiki-fied!

Wouldn't it be easier to first glue the "hook" piece to the pipe, then take a sander/chisel/knife to it?

No. I kept the opposite of the slanted side nice and original. It's best to make the slant cut, close it with the flat piece then attach the beak at the right place based on the slant cut. Make pencil marks where the beak goes and hope for the best. You have about 1 second to slide it around. If you've done any piping you would know. It hardens fast.

Just buy a garden hose holder for a couple bucks, attached it to the wall and wrap the cable and plug around it...done...

It most certainly does. You edit the image, shrink it, then save.

I have to look around some more. The GUI is quite primitive and I saw no options last time I look to edit anything.
And I must say I do like those big pics of my creation on this site...

It's not you, it's the original poster: he took down the pics.

If I was to make it again I would make the latch piece on top longer and notch it in the middle for the J1772 metal tooth to hook into. This way the J1772 cannot turn or pivot and has to stay put. It moves around a bit when it rains, but holds well in dry weather (as there is no moisture lubrication).
